## How to make a QR code from a link.

1. **Paste your link.** Your gallery, website, Instagram, a Google Drive folder or a review page. You don't need to type https://.
2. **Pick a colour.** Black scans best. A dark brand colour works too: the page warns you when a colour is too light to scan.
3. **Download and test.** PNG for screens and messages, SVG for print. Scan it with your phone before you send it to the printer.

### Is this QR code generator really free?

### Do these QR codes expire?

### Can I change the link after printing?

No: a static code holds the link itself, so a new link needs a new code. If you may change it later, point the code at a page you control, such as your website or a sellphotos.online event, and change what that page shows.

### Should I download PNG or SVG?

SVG for print: it is vector, so it stays sharp on a banner or a business card. PNG for screens, slides, messages and social posts; 2048 px is enough for most prints too.

### What size should I print a QR code?

At least 2 × 2 cm (about 1 inch) for a business card read up close. For a poster or a sign read from a metre or two, 8 to 10 cm. Keep the white border around the code: phones need it.

### Is my link sent anywhere?

No. The code is made by your browser. Your link is not sent to sellphotos.online or any QR service, and nothing counts the scans.
