How to make a QR code poster for your event photos.

One link, three fields, two downloads. The poster is drawn in the tab you have open.

  1. 01

    Paste your gallery link

Any link works: a sellphotos.online event, a Drive or Dropbox folder, your website. It goes into the code as you typed it.

  2. 02

Add the event and your studio

Type the event's name and date and your studio's name. Add your logo: it sits beside your name, and in the middle of the code if you like.

  3. 03

    Download and print

Save a PDF that prints at exactly A4 or Letter, or a 300 dpi PNG. Scan the preview with your phone first.

A code that never expires.

Many QR code makers put their own short link in the code and send your guests through it. When the trial ends or the service closes, every printed poster stops working. This one writes your link straight into the code: no redirect, no scan counting, nothing to renew.

The poster tells guests what to do in three steps: scan, take a selfie, download. Hang it at the entrance, by the photo booth or on the tables, and guests find their photos on the day instead of asking for them a week later.

What stays on your devicePrivate by design
  • Your link: turned into a code by this page, not sent to a QR service.
  • Your logo: read by the browser, drawn only into the files you download.
  • Your event and studio names: kept in the page while it is open, then gone.
  • Nothing is sent to sellphotos.online or anyone else.

Questions about event QR code posters

Is this QR code poster maker really free?

Yes. There is no account, no trial and no limit on how many posters you make. The poster carries your studio name and logo, not ours.

Does the QR code expire?

No. Your link is written straight into the code, with no short link or redirect of ours in between, so the code works for as long as your link does. Nothing counts the scans and there is nothing to renew.

What link can I put in the code?

Any link: a sellphotos.online event, a Google Drive, Google Photos or Dropbox folder, your own website or a booking page. Type it with or without https://. A short link makes a simpler code that scans from further away.

How big should I print it?

Print the PDF at actual size (100%, not fit to page). On A4 or Letter the code and its white border come out about 10 cm (4 in) wide, which a phone reads from a metre or so. For a stand across a room, print it at A3 or larger: the PDF's code is drawn as vector squares, so it stays sharp at any size.

Can I put my logo in the middle of the QR code?

Yes. Add your logo and keep "In the middle of the code" ticked. The code then uses the highest error correction, which lets a phone read it with the centre covered. Scan the preview with your phone before you print.

PDF or PNG: which should I download?

The PDF for printing: it is exactly A4 or Letter, and its code stays sharp however far you enlarge it. The PNG is a 300 dpi image (2480 × 3508 px on A4) for a screen, a slideshow, a message or a print shop that asks for an image.

Is anything uploaded?

No. The code and the poster are drawn by your browser, and your logo is read on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers, and the page keeps working offline once it has loaded.

Where do guests take the selfie?

In the gallery the code opens. Every event on sellphotos.online has selfie search: a guest takes one selfie and sees the photos they are in, without scrolling through the whole event. If your gallery is somewhere else, check it has a search like that before you print.

Selling the photos too? Every sellphotos.online event comes with its own QR code.

Upload the shoot and the event gets its own gallery link, QR code and printable table card. Guests scan, find their photos with a selfie and pay you directly. No commission, no KYC, yearly plans from $99.
