Photography invoice questions
Is this photography invoice template free?
Yes. No account, no trial, no watermark and no limit on how many invoices you make. The invoice carries your studio's name, not ours.
What should a photography invoice include?
Your studio's name and contact details, the client's name, an invoice number and date, the event, each service with its price, any discount and tax, the total, what has already been paid, the balance due and how to pay it. The form has a field for each.
How do I add GST to a photography invoice?
Pick Indian rupee as the currency, type your GSTIN and the GST rate (18% for photography services). Choose CGST + SGST when the client is in your state and IGST when they are in another; the invoice splits the tax for you. Leave the rate empty if you are not registered.
How do I show the advance the client already paid?
Type it in "Amount received". The invoice shows the total, the amount received and the balance due, so the client sees exactly what is left to pay.
Where is my invoice data stored?
Only in your browser. Your studio's details are kept on this device so you don't type them again (turn off "Remember my studio" to stop that); client details are never kept. Nothing is sent to sellphotos.online or anyone else.
Can I send the invoice on WhatsApp?
Yes. Type the client's number and tap Send on WhatsApp: it opens with the invoice summary ready to send. Attach the PDF as well if the client needs the document for their records.
